Ignore things that don’t concern you

There’s s deluge of information today. Endless chatters about different problems happening all around the world.

It is good to know. But you can only do so much. It is overwhelming to be fed with this much information. That’s why there is a mental health crisis.

The solution is to ignore things that don’t concern you. Focus only on the things you can influence. Let go of everything else. You will feel better afterwards.
