Coca-Cola just released its 2025 Holidays Are Coming ad which is entirely AI generated. The good news is that we now see what AI is capable of – which is pretty cool to begin with. Also, a report from Rundown AI states that Coca-Cola “had cut production from roughly 12 months to 30 days, with one studio needing just five specialists to generate and refine 70,000+ clips.” That’s probably a good thing thing too – idea to launch in the quickest time period.
But the bad news is that a lot of people dislike the AI ad. And we have replaced creative humans by machines!
When I saw the ad, I felt a giant disconnect. It felt fake. It felt like there’s no connection. I want to see real humans in the ad. But there was none.

I am torn. On one hand, I am amazed at what AI can do. It feels like we are living in the future. But obviously, the downside is AI replacing human creativity and making everything soulless.
