As I navigate the business world, I find myself getting swayed into different directions. There’s plenty of opportunities and paths to take. I get overwhelmed finding the path but what helped me is writing down my core values.
My core values are the summation of what I believe how to live life according to how I grew up, my parents, the people I met, books I’ve read, my travels, and my life experiences.
I made plenty of mistakes in life, partly because I have never really sat down and thought about what I believe in. It is when I wrote down my core values that the path became clearer. Instead of endless possibilities, the road became narrower. Many options simply disappeared.
My core values are my non negotiables. I never do business or make decisions that is against my core values. And this has served me well so far…
